CYC JUNIOR BOARD AND FLEET CAPTAINS OUTLINE

Serving as a Junior Officer or Fleet Captain provides an opportunity for Jr. Members ages 13-18 to get more involved in CYC activities, as well as have a voice in club issues. Nominations for each position must be received prior to November 1^st each year. The Jr. Program Director appoints Jr. Board Members and Fleet Captains. The term of office is from December 1 thru November 30 of the following year. All Junior Officers and Fleet Captains should encourage water safety and discourage pollution in Glorietta Bay, San Diego Bay and the Pacific Ocean.
