HOW TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE JR. PROGRAM

The following is an outline of how individuals or businesses can support the CYC Jr. Sailing Program, receive recognition for their contribution and the satisfaction of knowing that hundreds of youth are learning "life-skills" through the sport of sailing.

50/50 raffle win up to $5000.00 ($100.00 for a ticket) just like a night in Las Vegas

Proceeds from this event go into the Jr. program Capital Improvement Fund. This is for Replace boats or equipment.

AUTOMATIC DONATIONS THRU CYC MEMBERSHIP BILL

Any amount automatically added to CYC Monthly Bill.   Donation is tax-deductible as it is deposited in the Coronado Maritime Foundation CYC Jr. Fund.

Proceeds go to Jr Captal Improvement fund, Jr Scholarship fund or Jr. Competition Fund.

 

ADOPT-A-BOAT

$500 for Safety Power Boat

$500 for 420 or FJ Sailboat

$300 for Laser Sailboat

$250 for Sabot

Proceeds provides for equipment for the vessel that the customer "adopts". The customer gets to name the boat for 1 year.

 

ADOPT-A-SAIL (See attached photo)

$1000 buys the Jr. Program a new set of 420 or 29er sails. The customer gets their logo on the mainsail. Mainsail lasts about 5 years before it’s replaced. Excellent billboard! North Sails Graphics can take an e-mailed graphic and create large stickers that are applied to the sail.

 

BUY-A-BOAT

$4,000 - $10,000

Jr. Program gets new Laser, 420, 29er or Safety Boat.

Customer gets to name the boat for life of the boat (Approx 10 years).

 

VOLUNTEER FOR JR. ACTIVITIES.

For those who are unable to support program financially. There are an average of 2 major Jr. events or regattas each month at CYC. Also, miscellaneous office and maintenance tasks. Contact Jr. Office to offer services.

 

DONATE LABOR

Individuals can perform their specialized skill, pro bono to the JR. Program and write off the time through the Coronado Maritime Foundation.
